These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Brother's Lawn Solutions.

Quotes

Any figure shown by the Quick Quote Estimate tool is indicative only and is not a binding quote. Final pricing depends on lawn size, property condition, access and the specific services required, and is confirmed by us in writing or verbally before work begins.

Bookings and scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once we've agreed on the scope and timing. Weather, equipment issues or safety concerns can occasionally require rescheduling — we'll let you know as early as we can.

Access and site conditions

• Please make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on the day.
• Let us know about hidden hazards such as irrigation heads, wiring or sprinkler lines.
• We may decline or adjust work where a site is unsafe.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. Ongoing schedules can be cancelled at any time — there are no lock-in contracts.

Liability

We take care on every property, but nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong, contact us at 0478 747 605 and we'll work with you to sort it out.
